The company’s expertise is unrivalled. From the heart of humanitarian disasters to some of the most significant security crises of our time, we have advised senior leaders in the corporate, humanitarian, and international organisation space on emerging risks, contingency planning and incident response. This includes Turkey ahead of the European refugee crisis, following complex terrorist attacks in Kabul at the IMF, far-right activity in the US, and disinformation and hybrid warfare.
To manage these complex crises, James worked closely with business services teams to develop comprehensive Crisis Management Plans and exercises to test leadership preparedness. These plans included detailed protocols for responding to emergencies, as well as clear lines of communication between different stakeholders, including Human Resources, Finance, Communications and Advocacy and Leadership. James also used his risk assessment and mitigation expertise to identify potential threats and develop strategies for mitigating these risks. This involved working closely with local security forces and other stakeholders to gather intelligence and develop a clear understanding of the situation on the ground.
We specialise in working with organisations to understand the emerging context, the evolution of tactics of various state and non-state groups, an organisation’s footprint, risk tolerance level, and contextual operating environment. This enables us to work specifically on identifying vulnerabilities and helping cost-effective strategies that promote business continuity.
At Next Generation Risk Management Ltd., we are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality of service. We pride ourselves on delivering results that exceed our client’s expectations. Our company is dedicated to ensuring our clients are well-prepared to respond to any potential crisis.
